I want to say how grateful and pleased I am. I live in an apartment and the unit above us had a leak. So many places do not do apartments and I understand why now, trying to find a water outlet close to me that was working was a challenge. But he did not give up and just throw in the towel. My sofa had a water line up the entire base and its now completely gone. It was only 3 years old but looks even better than I could have imagined. They also took my area rug and will have it cleaned and returned to me. I would say to anyone needing a company to definitely call Steamworks, having seen what he was able to do for me and with the logistics issues .. well people like that are rare.
